Cross media marketing is the process of marketing your brand and specific services or products using multiple media streams. Cross Media is the term used for campaigns that truly integrate a campaign via a data driven process across various platforms to reach the target audience.

This differs from cross media in that there are true feedback mechanisms that are real time rather than the more historic, slightly bunkered, approach of multi media campaigns that often utilised different agencies or departments to manage the individual marketing process.

In partnership with Verve Communications, Romax carried out all the design, print, postage and fulfilment for a recognition package for the Mayor’s Team London Ambassadors programme.

This 8,000 strong army of volunteers supported the visitor welcome and experience during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and we were responsible for ensuring that each Ambassador received a package to say thank you for their contribution during the Olympic Games.
