The Client

Fantastic Services provides cleaning and maintenance services to both consumers and businesses in the UK, operating under several sub-brands: Fantastic Cleaners, Fantastic Gardeners, Fantastic Handyman, Fantastic Pest Control, and many others specialising in different trades. Fantastic Services have worked with Romax to successfully manage their Direct Mail campaigns since 2017.

Problem/The Challenge

Before Romax, Fantastic Services experienced low brand awareness, low ROI and did not make a use of available communication channels. To increase brand awareness and ROI the company have decided to try new marketing channel – Direct Mail.

How we fixed it/Romax solutions

Romax made a series of recommendations to make their Direct Mail Campaign a success.

  • Given the variable content, Romax recommended digitally printing the letters in full colour one pass – allowing full personalisation throughout with no colour match issues or content restrictions.
  • We added the company logo onto the envelopes, to promote their vivid brand and create recognition for those already familiar with it.
  • Romax designed and ran out different sample packs options for client approval and testing adding promotion codes aimed at incentivising potential and existing customers to engage with Fantastic Services.
  • We added a mailmark barcode to the letter which ensured that not only was the mail fully trackable through to delivery, but the best postal price was achieved.
