Fantastic Services provides cleaning and maintenance services to both consumers and businesses in the UK, operating under several sub-brands: Fantastic Cleaners, Fantastic Gardeners, Fantastic Handyman, Fantastic Pest Control, and many others specialising in different trades. Fantastic Services have worked with Romax to successfully manage their Direct Mail campaigns since 2017.
Before Romax, Fantastic Services experienced low brand awareness, low ROI and did not make a use of available communication channels. To increase brand awareness and ROI the company have decided to try new marketing channel – Direct Mail.
