Job Description

Joining our team as a Marketing & Brand Manager you will have overall responsibility of Romax’s marketing strategy and implementation and be tasked with using marketing technology and unique methods to build our brand presence via successful multi-channel marketing.

You will provide creative input to help advance our brands.  Creating exciting and unique product descriptions, features and benefits for client products and any other sales channels & promotional brochures.  Ensure a consistent creative identity and marketing communications (language and tone of voice).

You will drive the timelines for each promotion / marketing campaigns ensuring it launches and finishes to schedule.

Developing, planning & managing successful marketing campaigns communicating with the inhouse design/studio team to produce innovative and exciting promotional materials.

Understanding the wide customer base and broad service offering, ensuring campaigns are targeted and focussed on what customers need.

You will have a natural creative flair and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing & Brand Manager, you will be highly confident in multi-media brand marketing, PR and social media, and have a curious mind when it comes to discovering new channels and customer engagement.

The Successful Candidate will:

Produce creative, engaging inspirational content and themes for online and offline platforms ensuring the content follows the brand tone of voice. Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across social media marketing.   Deliver a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, social engagement.

The Brand & Marketing Manager will take control of the marketing strategy across all brands, aiming to exceed KPI’s and drive the business forward. Ideally, the right candidate will have a track record of managing multiple marketing projects and an expert understanding of all marketing disciplines, including operational tasks.

Salary Range: £35-£45 subject to experience
