Providing what the member needs
A key problem for ZSL is to reduce wait times for members at the entrance to their venues and for new members that need to collect their photo ID membership card. For security each card must have a photo, which requires an image to be taken and the card to be printed for each individual member. At renewal new photos are not always needed, so this solution removed the need for queuing, improving the member experience and reducing the staffing levels needed at the zoos.
Working together to understand exactly what is needed
Our development team worked closely with the IT and membership teams at ZSL to ascertain the exact requirements and complexities involved. Building an automated workflow to securely receive data that drives the merged print fields across envelopes, letters and personalised membership cards with multi-way matching for pack enclosing and despatch.
