Our Managing Director, Robin Sumner completed the 56 mile Viking Bike Ride for the British Heart Foundation on Sunday 7th October 2012.
He helped raise funds to ensure the vital work of the BHF can continue. The money raised will help prevent people dying prematurely of heart disease.
Robin has a history of participating in charitable fund raising events, with the 3 Peaks Challenge and the 10k Dart swim, along with the solo English Channel swim for Demelza already under his belt before he took on the 56 mile Bike Ride. The Bike Ride past through Reculver before heading to Whitstable followed by Canterbury and Viking Ship.
It’s no suprise that Romax, just like it’s MD, is proud to partner with good causes such as Demelza and Dance Proms 2012. We aim to support organisations that do such good work and will carry on our support long into the future.
