Charlie Browning, Print and Data Manager
Charlie worked for Romax whilst studying for his degree at the London College of Communication has gained a first class degree he then joined Romax on our management training programme and has successfully completed the programme and has now been promoted to manage the department.
Indre Lukaite, Senior Data Programmer
Indre, has worked as a data processor over recent years. Indre recently started her management training following investment through assisted funding through our membership of the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF) Level 5 Graduate Management Programme. In her new role as senior programmer Indre oversees her colleagues and acts as cover during managerial leave.
Charlene Plows, Client Services Manager
Charlene, is now head of our 4 strong Client Services Team. Having worked for Romax for 5 years, her client focus and knowledge, endears her and the rest of the team to our clients. As experts in the industry and Charlene and her team are keen to develop their clients’ business goals. Charlene is also growing her experience through assisted BPIF funded training as part of her level 5 Graduate Management Programme.
