  1. Data Processor & GMC Inspire Programmer 

Romax, a bustling Direct Marketing company based in South East London is seeking the right candidate to join our growing Data Processing and Digital Communication Team.  An ideal position for someone with initiative, resourcefulness and a client focussed and positive attitude.

We have an increasing need for data processing and programming for both new and ongoing projects. Romax are ambitious and renowned in our industry for integrity, quality and customer focus, and are looking for an ambitious candidate who can help our client development team progress in new markets and continue to thrive in existing areas. The mainstay of this role will be in 2 areas; firstly, data processing and mail sortation in Cygnus, secondly, creating projects in GMC Inspire which are for automated and recurring projects.

Role
Reporting to the Data and Print Services Manager, responsible for:

  • Data processing/cleaning/mail sortation in Cygnus
  • Simple GMC Inspire / PrintNetT Artwork setting for variable data print jobs
  • Intermediate programming for automated workflows within GMC Inspire & Cygnus.
  • Data/Print Job administration
  • Quality Checks and supporting documentation

Experience and knowledge required

  • Strong knowledge of Cygnus
  • Strong understanding of the requirements mail sortation for DSA mail providers
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of deduplication and data cleansing
  • Good experience in GMC Inspire for scripting and programming automated workflows.
  • Strong MS Excel skills

Desirable experience and knowledge

  • Integrating GMC Inspire and Cygnus together
  • Knowledge and understanding of databases like SQL
  • GMC Inspire development experience for other communication mediums (email, SMS, web services)
  • VB scripting/programming experience for Data processing
  • .NET development experience for web services
  • HTML

2.  GMC Inspire Programmer & Developer

3. Telemarketing Executive /Telemarketer – 2017

Job Description:

Romax Marketing a Distribution, a Greenwich-based, direct mail and marketing services provider, is seeking a mature, competent, conscientious, efficient and trustworthy Telemarketing Executive /Telemarketer. Your role will be to qualify prospects, communicate the benefits of working with us to those prospects and create an interest in our services, with the aim to convert them to clients.

 Main Responsibilities of the Role:

 Contact key decision makers in targeted organisations by telephone to introduce Romax:

  • Schedule appointments for Senior Employees to meet prospective customers
  • Confirm customer information and keep the database accurate using our CRM system
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how Romax can help them.

Essential characteristics:

 Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Fluent in English
  • Tenacious and results-oriented
  • Resilient, patient and capable of winning over ‘busy’ clients.

Hours:

This role could suit individuals seeking a reduced working hours, the minimum is 25 per week: 9.30 am to 3 pm (including 30 minutes lunch break). Maximum hours of 37.5-hours per week from 9 am to 5.30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

The Package:

  • Salary £24k plus commission (Permanent role)
  • 20 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
